The PET Lifeline™ includes a wallet-sized card and two key tags with a 1-800 number and has been designed to incorporate an internationally recognized emergency medical symbol.

Emergency personnel are trained to look for and respond to any vital personal information at the scene of an accident. Once the Pet Lifeline™ card is located the emergency personnel will contact the toll free number and provide our call center with vital information including the unique ID number on the card.

Your Pets profile and potential guardians are listed in our secure data base. You can access your profile any time to add pets, Guardians or update your profile.

How it Works

PET Lifeline™ Identifies you as a pet owner in case you are sick, injured or deceased. Pet Lifeline™ is the critical link of communication between emergency workers and your pets' guardian.

Each card has a unique registered serial number that links all of your identification to our secure and confidential PET Lifeline™ database which contains all the contact information of the people you have entrusted to care for your pets

Our Call Center will contact your PET Lifelines™ by:

1) Immediately calling your predetermined primary guardian three times in a two hour period.

2) If we are unable to contact the primary guardian, we will attempt to contact your second guardian.

3) Finally, we will notify the veterinarian or other contacts if the guardians have not responded or are unable to help.

4) Once your PET Lifelines™ have been contacted we follow up to ensure your pets have been retrieved and are in the care of your appointed guardians.
